SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules three times daily.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE EYEWASH:
Make a tea by breaking the capsules and using one teaspoon of Bright Eyes into a glass. Add 1 1/4 cups boiling distilled water. Let stand for fifteen minutes. Do not boil the herb and do not heat the water in aluminum or copper containers.
NOTE: The eyewash will sting at the beginning of your program. If you desire you can start with just 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon of the herbs.
Strain preparation through a sterile cloth; muslin cloth or several layers of cheese cloth or even a clean handkerchief will do. (A strainer will work but will leave some sediment, which is okay, just let it sink to the bottom.) Let tea cool and bathe your eyes with this solution using an eye cup. The eye cup allows you to roll your eye in the solution. Bathe your eye as often as you like( at least three times a day) for as long as you can (up to several minutes each eye) six days a week.
Rest on the seventh day.
Store unused portion in the fridge and at the end of each day you can drink what you have not used. The program works best when you take an herbal combination internally as well as the eyewash.P>
